There are different ways to distribute maaster data between SAP systems. For exapmle you can use change pointers to generate IDOCs for distribution.
However there are standard transactions i SAP to distribute master data IDOCs to ther SAP systems. These can be found under menu Tools->ALE->Master Data Distribution. Look after the Send transactions. If you for example want to distribute the material master:
