About the diary

Diary for Athletes is PC program that makes it easy for runners, cyclists, swimmers and triathletes to keep track of their training. Version 2 is an improved version of Diary for runners that is currently being used by about 200 Danish runners.

The English on-line manual is not yet finished but should you be in doubt how to use the program, don't hesitate to send me a mail with your questions.

You can download the diary for free, but it has to be registered after 25 workouts. Se below under Registration. and Prices.

After you have keyed in 25 workouts the diary has to be registered. I have not yet made a registration form in English, but send me a mail with the following information:
